Interactive workshop
Article by: Stephen Callaghan
Our one day interactive workshop, held in Milton Keynes on Friday 2nd September 2006 proved a great success.
The course took place in a house in Milton Keynes, and directed the trainees through the Home Condition Report, in the residential context. The aim of the interactive workshop was to guide potential Home Inspectors through the theory and practise of Home Inspection. Members who attended the workshop were in general agreement about the value of the course, and found the experience both informative and enjoyable. By attending the course, candidates have successfully begun to build up their portfolio of evidence required for the Diploma in Home Inspection.
Stephen Callaghan, one of the training team members on the day was very happy with the outcome: “It was a great achievement, and will be the first of many to come. I hope that the success of this workshop will encourage others to attend on future occasions”.
