As Home Information Packs (HIPs) are now mandatory for all homes, there are excellent opportunities to make a successful career in home energy ratings.
In response we have created a 12 week training and assessment programme for new entrants wishing to qualify as Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) to carry out Energy Performance Certificates (EPC).

Our Domestic Energy Assessment vocational training package is based on our proven track record of success by partnering with market leading organisations in the surveying and energy assessment fields.
The programme is flexible and covers all the technical knowledge and understanding required by the National Occupational Standards for Domestic Energy Assessors published by Asset Skills, through a blend of distance learning and intensive practical training. The full cost of our DEA course is £1995 plus partial VAT (£2284.63 inc partial VAT). Included within the course fees are all academic and training & assessment fees. External exam fees are not included within the full course fees and currently cost £110 if both exams are taken together or £75 each if taken separately.
